Intellectually Frustrated

It's been some time since I last put pen to paper (metaphorically speaking) and a hell of a lot of stuff has happened since then. Some of it I can talk about, and some of it I can't. Suffice it to say I've had one of the weirdest couple of weeks I will ever have.

I'd like to say everything is back to normal, but I'd be lying. Been thinking a lot about Sunset Song this past week, how everything changes except the land and all, and have come to the conclusion that the Gibbon man (and consequently McTurk) was right. Everything changes. Anyways, far be it for me to become all philosophical, it's not my style.

Results out on Monday, and I'm the last of the four of us to run this particular gauntlet. That gauntlet being the "If-I-fail-they-won't-let-me-sod-off-to-Majorca-for-two-weeks" one, which really, really sucks. Agh.

Oh, Shit. I've missed Pride and Prejudice. I've missed Colin Firth in a wet shirt {shudder}. Damn it. Remind me to borrow them from Wilma-ha later.
Right I'm off to do something productive. Give my love to the fishes.
